Delivery Methods and Costs Within Australia

Bang! Art + Gift uses the services of Australia Post in order to keep the cost low for you, our valued customer!

Pick up is also available in store at Shop 4b, 50 Macleay Street, Potts Point (Sydney) NSW 2011 (this option is available in check out).

Once payments are processed and cleared, our goal is for you to receive your goods within 7 days (within Australia).  In many cases, Australia Post only takes 2-3 days for delivery. If there are any further delays in shipping for any reason, we will contact you by phone or email to make you aware of the delay.

We register all of our parcels with Australia Post so that they are 100% trackable and insured up to $100.

The price of shipping is clearly displayed when you check out. It is based on the weight of the item(s) purchased as well as the destination. We use the Australia Post pricing tables as our guidelines to determine shipping costs.

 


 

Express Post

If you would like to have your order sent Express Post (next day delivery)  do not make your purchase online, please contact us in the shop at 0293564319 so we can determine the cost of shipping! Please have your credit card handy so we can place your order over the phone.


 

Overseas Shipping

 Bang! Art + Gift can ship anywhere in the world, so if you would like to make a purchase please contact us through email thegang@shopatbang.com or by phone +61 (0) 293564319 with your order and your shipping address and we will determine the cost of postage. In generally shipping can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks to arrive on your doorstep. Your order will not be processed until you approve shipping method and pricing.

Online purchases can only be made for Australia!

No refunds will be issued at Bang! Art + Gift

No change of mind, therefore no exchanges will be issued at Bang! Art + Gift

 

Faulty Item

In the rare instance that you receive a faulty item, please email thegang@shopatbang.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve this problem with you and determine the best solution!
